Bare minerals review

One of the reasons that i was drawn to bare minerals was a few months ago i was really struggling with my skin and hormonal breakouts caused by the mirena IUD.
I changed up my skincare routine during this time however i also wanted to change up my makeup as most of it wasn't skin friendly and was only exacerbating my skin issues.
I decided to look into 'Bare minerals' as they claim to be natural and designed for sensitive and breakout prone skin.
I ended up purchasing the 'Get started complexion kit' and the 'bareSkin pure brightening serum foundation'.

Living with ENDOMETRIOSIS WHAT IT'S REALLY LIKE?

Just like any other chronic illness or disability living with endometriosis is hard really f***ing hard.
Every days a struggle to even get out of bed due to the severe fatigue and pain this illness causes.
Your whole life revolves around your illness because it prevents you from doing so many things, even simple things like walking, self care and cleaning.

I feel like it takes your whole life away from you your career, your friends, your partner, your ambitions and your ability to just be yourself.
It gets so hard sometimes it can even make you question your existence.

When the severe pain of endometriosis kicks in i feel like an entirely different person, I'm no longer my positive upbeat self, I'm a stranger with no life left in me.

Bootea workout review

As someone who loves working-out, but suffer's with chronic illness & chronic fatigue that coffee just won't touch, i decided to invest in a BCAA (branched chain, amino acids).
There are many BCAA's on the market, but many do contain lots of artificial ingredients, so being health-concious i wanted something as close to natural as possible.
So when I stumbled upon the BOOTEA Pre workout i decided to give it a shot.

Pre workouts contain BCAA'S which contain amino acids, creatine, vitamins, minerals and caffeine which is designed to give you a boost, improve your physical performance and help you reach your fitness goals faster, and also aid in muscle recovery.

Why you have to take things in to your own hands with chronic illness?

After suffering with chronic illness for a few years 'endometriosis' and 'chronic fatigue syndrome' and getting no where despite frequent doctors visits, medications and even surgeries I've come to the conclusion that if I just keep waiting for them to help me I'm never going to get better.
I have been making steps in the right direction over the past few years changing my diet, changing my way of thinking, and trying alternative therapies with little to no luck.
