What I eat in a day Raw Vegan

So today I thought I'd share with you a lil what I eat in a Day Raw Vegan style, I am not actually a Raw Vegan, just a regular Vegan, however I do like to eat a lot of Raw foods, since they are so beneficial to your health.
If you follow my Blog you may know I suffer from a Chronic illness 'Endometriosis, and that is one of the main reasons I like to eat a lot of raw produce as I find it can be very helpful especially on my high pain days, to help me manage my symptoms and reduce inflammation.
Hope you find this helpful, and it gives you some ideas on how to eat Raw, anyway lets take a look at the food!

BREAKFAST

To start my day off I had 2 large oranges, and I also had a big glass of water.

SNACK

For a snack I had a Green juice made from spinach, apple, celery and lime.

LUNCH

For lunch i had a smoothie bowl, which was made from frozen berries, banana, and blended with a little coconut water, and it was delicious!

SNACK

My afternoon snack was a mango smoothie, believe it or not this actually contained 1 whole mango! i know it looks tiny, and was blended with coconut water.

DINNER

Dinner was a kale salad with Avocado, unfortunately i didn't have anything else to add to it otherwise some tomatoes and cucumber would have been lovely.
I also dressed it with some apple cider vinegar, lemon and fresh ginger, and sprinkled on some black pepper.

I didn't take a pic but I also had a nakd bar, which are fully raw btw.
Please note I know this isn't much food, however this was on one of my very high pain days, and i had a lot of stomach pain and digestive issues, so didn't have much of an appetite, otherwise I would have definitely eaten more.

Hope you liked this lil What I eat in a day, Let me know if you would like to see more?
Have a Great Day!
