No Bake Banana loaf style oat bars




This Banana loaf style oat bar is a healthy delicious treat I say 'treat' but its so healthy you could eat it everyday if you wanted.
Its gooey and sweet and melts in the mouth, there perfect for on the go breakfasts and lunch boxes.
As always its Vegan and Gluten free.

Ingredients


250g oats (i used gluten free)

2 mashed bananas (This recipes perfect for using up too ripe bananas)
2 tbsp maple syrup 
1tsp of cinnamon 
1tsp of cocoa/cacao powder 
4tbsp of hazelnut milk 
Feel free to add any other ingredients such as nuts, seeds, nut butter, dates dried fruit, i would have usually added extra but this was all I had on hand.

Makes approx 6 bars
I'd recommend to use within 3 days of making.



Recipe 

Place all the ingredients in to a mixing bowl and bind together, then arrange the mix on to a baking tray,  mark out the bar shapes with a knife, and place into the freezer, leave for a few hours.
You can also bake in the oven if you prefer.
