ENDOVAN Day 1&2 #Endometriosis

So I haven't really spoken about it on my blog, but I've mentioned it here and there.
I suffer with 'Endometriosis' a Chronic condition that causes extreme abdomen and pelvic pain, amongst many other symptoms, which I will go into more detail later on incase your unfamiliar with Endo.

I was finally diagnosed with Endometriosis in January this year after suffering for many years of agonising pain.
I had surgery to remove the Endometriosis and was placed on hormones to help slow the growth of Endo. However since my surgery I haven't had much relief and I am still suffering with chronic pain.
I recently had a bad flare up this month, and when you have endo or any other chronic illness for that matter, you know your pretty much willing to try anything to help ease your symptoms.

I've been doing a lot of different things change in diet, cleanses, trying different supplements but nothing seems to have helped.
Whilst on the internet I came across a youtube video about a woman with Endometriosis who'd tried A product called 'Endovan' which had really helped her and changed her life.
I looked up the product to learn more about it, and research it on many different forums but I still couldn't really find much info about it, and all the reviews seemed too good to be true.

I looked up all the ingredients for myself so I could get a good idea of what they all are, it is made from all natural ingredients including...

Nattokinase NSP-2™ (soy-free)
Cramp Bark (viburnum opulus)
EGCG Green Tea Extract (decaffeinated)
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hcl)
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

Despite my pessimism I thought why not give it a go, I have nothing to lose, well apart from the very expensive price tag, unfortunately its only available in the US, so you have to pay $56 for the product and $20 worth of shipping, but honestly I am willing to do anything to help with my illness.
They do offer a 30 day money back guarantee so I guess thats a plus if it doesn't work, its worth a try.

So today is my second day on Endovan you get 60 capsules in a bottle and are to take 1 twice daily.
Yesterday I was having a really bad endo flare up which is what pushed me to just try it!
I'd been so anxious about taking it, and had had the unopened bottle sitting on the counter for weeks.
Obviously it can take a while to work anywhere from 2 weeks to a month, so I will let you know how I am getting on later if your interested?
I am really hoping for the best with this product.

What is Endometriosis?

Endometriosis is a common condition where tissue that behaves like the lining of the womb (endometrium) is found in other parts of the body.
It can appear in many different places, including the ovaries, fallopian tubes, inside the tummy, and in or around the bladder or bowel.
Endometriosis mainly affects girls and women of childbearing age. It's less common in women who've been through the menopause.
It's a long-term condition that can have a significant impact on your life.
There is currently no cure for Endometriosis as it is not very well understood.

Symptoms of Endometriosis

severe period pain that it isn't relieved with painkillers
heavy periods – for example, you may need to use lots of tampons or pads (or use them together), or  the blood might soak through your clothes.

pelvic pain – this may just occur around the time of your period or you may have it all the time
pain or discomfort when going to the toilet
bleeding from your bottom or blood in your stool
Bowel issues  including diarrhoea & Constipation
 Chronic Fatigue
 Nausea or being sick
 It can also cause Infertility

For many women it stops them being able to do everyday activities such as working, socialising, exercise and can leave them feeling very isolated and lead to mental illness like depression and Anxiety.

Hope you liked this post, let me know if you would like to know my updates on Endovan?

Take care
