Coffee & a Chat with Liberty! #PMS #Endometriosis

So I decided to start a new series on my blog, which is basically like a coffee & a chat with me, writing about my week, offering advice, and a place for you to share your thoughts with me too.

Hope you enjoy, now lets put the kettle on, get comfy and chat...

Todays going to be a lot about periods and lady stuff so if that makes you uncomfortable leave now!

So this week began with my period, always a great way to start your week off?!
Incase you don't know I was diagnosed with Endometriosis a chronic condition in the beginning of january and had surgery to remove stage 3 Endometriosis. If your unaware of what Endometriosis is and want to find out more please check out this post on my other blog where I go more into detail:

I had the mirena coil put it during my surgery which is supposed to help slow down the growth of Endometriosis.
Since having the coil in my periods have been lighter, they are still very painful, but my PMS is off the charts!
As an Endo sufferer I've always had pretty bad PMS, but since I've been on the coil, I am a crazy hormonal bitch!
My moods were perfectly fine the week before, I am a pretty calm person by nature, but the day before my period started I knew it was coming, because I could feel the crazy inside of me ready to outburst and boy did it!
Every little thing ticked me off, my computer was slow, the light bulb blew and I was having a nervous breakdown.
I wanted to scream at the top of my voice and I actually did a few times, honestly i thought I was going insane.

And of course after the crazy outbursts of screaming then came the crying, I actually think I cried because i was out of almond milk!  I laugh now, but I actually think it's pretty alarming that hormones can make you this crazy!

I went for a walk on tuesday, which helped relax me a little, however it was a lot colder than i thought it was very sunny outside but still pretty chilly.
And I had a little glass of red wine that evening because I really needed it! I also watched a movie on netflix 'sandy wexler' and of course I cried at it! I actually thought that the main character played by Adam Sandler was dead so that made me cry, I thought all along they were at his funeral, but it turns out they were at his wedding! which was a good job otherwise I probably would have cried myself to sleep that night.
If you haven't seen that movie I defo recommend checking it out but not when your PMSing!

I was also a little upset I didn't get to work-out so much that week due to the severe pain, because I love working out, yes I am one of those annoying people that loves working-out haha
It keeps me sane
But thats life with Endometriosis you don't always get to do what you want, and have to make it work.

Let me know if you liked this type of post? and would like to see more? any Endosisters here? let me know how your doing? And what you've found to ease your Endo symptoms?
How was your week? And are you a coffee or tea person?

I Look forward to our next chat!

Take care
